Can’t access to the website only via VPN (Kreaticx.com) my host use CDN Cloudflare will automatically serve websites over either IPv6 or IPv4, it seems that the IPV 6 disturbing the connexion , since my name servers are with Cloudflare then , i need them do delete that IPV 6 . How to do that ? any solution ?
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
You can’t delete the IPv6 addresses. You mention that you only have trouble connecting using VPN. What did your VPN support have to say about that? Have you tried using a VPN provider with working IPv6?
Hello, Thank you for the reply , in fact my domain is in Godaddy and my host is in hubspot, Hubspot don’t provide IP6 , there’s only 2 DNS records A) When i connect through Godaddy everything is fine and i have no CNX troubles , but once i switch to Cloudflare with domain and the 2 A DNS records IP and activate the nameservers of Cloud, Just after 30/45 min my host (hubspot) loose CNX and i have the message that i need to put the data of the 2 A records. the 2 A records in Cloud are Proxied including the domain. I tried to delete the 2 A records from G daddy and just keep them in cloud yet still have the same results. I couldn’t find any solution , the issue is when the host is disconnceted I can’t modifiy or update anything on the website pages , and i will be forced to re-do the same process ( activate go daddy names servers to get the host connected to it and after that if i still want to go through Cloudflare i need to activate Cloud nameservers and just 45 min later same results, Disconnected )
If I am understanding your reply correctly, it sounds like you keep changing your nameservers and you are having trouble when you proxy certain records.
It is best if you stop charging your nameservers. That makes testing extremely difficult and it adds significant and unnecessary delay. Set them to the ones shown in your Cloudflare account and do not change them again.
If you need to test without Cloudflare, you can easily just pause Cloudflare without changing nameservers.
You mention that Hubspot is not working correctly for you when you have certain records proxied. Try setting the records that Hubspot needs to DNS Only. You won’t be able to use Cloudflare features with those hostnames, but it will allow your Hubspot site management to function as expected.
