I am changing the IP address of Cloudflare DNS again and again but after some time it is changing with the old IP address automatically. Why & How To Fix It?

When you say it’s “changing with the old IP” where are you seeing that? In the dashboard? On nslookup?
Seems like you have it orange-clouded so public DNS lookups will always return Cloudflare IPs. The actual target IP won’t be publicly visible but Cloudflare will use it to communicate with your origin server.

Recently I have changed the server of my hosting due to which the IP address of my hosting has changed and now i want to change old ip address with new one in Cloudflare DNS section for connect hosting and Cloudflare.
