We changed our server ip address and therefore we had to change the ip address from cloudflare DNS settings. We changed the IP address and the cloudflare DNS settings started reverting to the old server IP address by itself every day. What’s the solution?
If you check your activity logs you’ll likely see it is being changed via API by an automated tool (such as Ezoik). You can change your API key to prevent that tool from reverting changes and/or discuss with that vendor how/why IPs should be updated.
Is there any suspicious activity? Has someone recently logged on to your account? Do multiple people have access to your account? Have you clicked on a suspicious link in an email you’ve received (gotten a virus)? All of those things could be causing the issue, I’d highly recommend checking the audit log, then send a screenshot of it!
