We are encounter incorrect responded ip from Singtel network
DNS not responding/updating
We run propagation dns check our website https://visaonlinevietnam.com in Singapore from website Singapore DNS Propagation Checker .a59a06d2f303292c8.awsglobalaccelerator.com . which does not belong to us. A lot of customer can not access our website. How can we fix this issue

Hi,
The issue could be caused by the local ISP’s DNS cache, which may not be resolving through your DNS servers. This is something you would need to address with your ISP. Propagation time is not determined by the authoritative nameserver.

Then Why there is 2 ip that we do not ever use before. When we try to use nslookup by using ip dns of singnet we only see there is TTL only 300.
Although @syda provided a possible explanation to the issue, DNS propagation isn’t the issue here.
Singtel has filtered your domain name in their DNS resolvers.
It seems to be caused as a result of a request from the Singapore Police Force.
Browsing to these two IP addresses, using HTTP, you’ll see:

So I shoud contact to singtel in person to resovle this issue?
Yes. Singtel and/or the Singapore Police Force .
No one else can help you with the issue.
