DNS hijacked by cloudflare

I’ve submitted 2 tickets here to cloudflare support trying to reset the DNS of our school website back to

ns1.bluehost.com
ns2.bluehost.com

The school website has been hacked but the malware has been removed.
The current nameservers of our school website has been hijacked and changed to

Name Server: NICK.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
Name Server: NADIA.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM

I created a cloudflare account to try to redirect the DNS but I can’t modify the DNS.
Can someone help/advice?
Cloudflare support has not been helpful.

Thanks

What is the domain? Are you using Cloudflare as your registrar?

What was the issue and was it at your hosting company or your domain registrar?
