What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Forwarding domain to IONOS

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I did all IONOS recommended setting. Additionally and manually I tried to add A records in Cloudflare.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

There are two issues. First, the site is pending in the account you are using here. I suspect you have two accounts. If you go here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns and the nameservers shown are not

aurora.ns.cloudflare.com
paul.ns.cloudflare.com

That means 100% you are not in the correct account.

Next, I suspect the IP address for the A record in the account that holds the active domain is incorrect.

When you login at https://dash.cloudflare.com/, select the bottom box to fix the IP

I removed it from pending. Now in another account the NS servers are correct.
In IONOS I have a web site with an automatic system domain. I got its IP address and inserted it in cloudflare.
But there is no result.

Can you share the name of the domain?

On your DNS record, is it proxied :orange: or not :grey:?

It is deegmart.com. proxied.

Thank you, You should contact your hosting provider and verify the IP address of your site, that is the record content for your DNS A record called deegmart.com. Right now it’s an IONOS IP, you want to ask them if its the correct IP for your site.
