DNS Flattening and Substack

Hi there -

I am trying to use a custom domain for my Substack blog but I’d like for readers to be able to use my subdomain (www) and the root domain when typing my blog’s URL into their browsers.

My domain is registered with Hover but I transferred my name servers to Cloudflare to support DNS flattening.

These are my current Cloudflare settings:

Currently the subdomain is working but the root domain is still not working. Is there anything I can change here to make sure the subdomain also works?

It would be best to delete the CNAME for mediumfocus.com and then follow this tutorial:
