What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Checked DNS records in acount. No reason for 1014 error.
Site has been working fine for the past year.

Hi all.

I’m stuck in an endless loop. My site has been working fine in cloudflare. then all of a sudden got crossbanned 1014 error. There was no reason for this. I can’t log a support ticket as its a free account. Tried upgrading to pro and business but can’t upgrade to submit a ticket. get the following error. "Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone cannot be upgraded at this time. "

Any help would be greatly appreciated

It looks like this domain is no longer on Cloudflare so I’m not able to troubleshoot further
