DNS error stating host already exisits?

Has anyone see this before and can you help me resolve it please - I’m trying to point the DNS settings at my host I’ve changed the named servers but cannot add the CNAME changes

Error says - A CNAME with that Host already exists (Code81053)

As the error message says, you already have a CNAME record with that hostname. You will first need to delete that record before you can add the new one.
