1. changed dns servers to cloudflare
   2.changed dns zone to cloudflare ns

When my site gonna start working?
i assume dns porpagation take a while.

Are you sure it is a DNS issue? I see everything is fine DNS wise, however you do have ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS and should follow the guide for fixing it.

@contact.envytech Probably you see the cached version . However, I see the same error pointed by @Cyb3r-Jak3 . Best solution is: set your SSL to Full Strict from your dashboard. For more information, read the following Tutorial
