What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

This is my first time using your service. After I set your dns addresses JEN.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM and KOBE.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM my number stopped working. Then when I ping my domain it says request time out. And when I ping the above dns addresses separately it returns 127.0.0.1. What do you recommend?

The domain is active on Cloudflare, but is not proxied so requests are not passing through Cloudflare so any problems check on your origin…

Check which resolver you are using and why it’s doing that as that’s obviously not correct.
