Our IP is 107.170.236.7, but if we ping onetalkx.com we are pointed to 172.67.220.15. This IP 172.67.220.15 is incorrect. We need it to point to 107.170.236.7. How can we fix this problem?
Actually the ping result goes to 172.67.220.151.

Your site shows ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. That is not caused by the wrong IP. It is usually caused by the wrong encryption mode. Switch your TLS encryption mode to Full (strict).
