DNS error on intodns

Hello everyone , i’m getting this error on intodns.com after i changed my domain’s dns into Cloudflare’s dns .

how can i fix this ?

I could use the nameservers listed below to performe recursive queries. It may be that I am wrong but the chances of that are low. You should not have nameservers that allow recursive queries as this will allow almost anyone to use your nameservers and can cause problems. Problem record(s) are:

Hi @Steven_Reid, The results provided by intodns are not accurate regarding recursive. Cloudflare IPs do not provide recursive DNS. We’ve let the site operator know.

This same happens to me as well recently when I checked my domain tonsio.com on intodns.com it shows me an error of recursive DNS. Which I believe its false error. So don’t believe on sites like these.
