Dns error can't update name server

Hi, i have tryed to make my registration DNS to Cloudflare, but the nameservers don’t match in the RegistroBR. i have scanned the DNS and he don’t work in 2 locations, what i can do to solve this?? i have wait 5 days and nothing, only pending name server update

Is hostgator really the registrar for that domain? I just tried to register a bunch of .com.br domains with hostgator; they all failed with hostgator but were possible https://registro.br/busca-dominio/.

I also chatted with hostgator and learned:

“Unfortunately, we do not support .com.br domain registration. However, you can host it on our server.”

I suspect hostgator is your hosting provider, not your registrar.

my Registrar is Registro BR and RegistroBR are calling me the error is in DNS of cloudflare

Can you ask RegistroBR what specific error they see with Cloudflare DNS that prevents them from changing the nameservers from hostgator to cloudflare. Can you share their answer here?

That’s a rare reply and really does not make a lot of sense, I see thousands of .com.br domains on cloudflare using cf nameservers. You should probably contact Cloudflare Support to get their input. With other .com.br domains using cf, I doubt there is anything we can do such that this .com.br domain can designate Cloudflare as a recognized DNS provider.
