DNS Error 1000

My organization’s website is going to an error, DNS points to prohibited IP. I read the article but I am not sure which need to be changed, because any time I try to change anything I receive a message ‘A record with the same settings already exists. (Code: 81058)’.

This may mean that you have more than one A record, one of which points to the correct IP and one or more that don’t. You should remove any that don’t have the correct IP.
