DNS Error 1000 but IP doesn't point to Cloudflare

I have a few domains that I host at home on a Windstream Fiber connection. Recently (within the past week or so) all those domains started throwing Error 1000 DNS points to prohibited IP. A reverse lookup of the IP in question definitely shows that it belongs to Windstream, not Cloudflare.

How can I resolve this issue?
