DNS entry that is only available on cloudflare 1.1.1.1 for testing

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a DNS A record that is only available to 1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1 in order to test that a system is using Cloudflares DNS, this would be very handy for checking an android mobile phone where detecting the DNS server used over 3G is not easily found.
