CNAME entries not showing up
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’m trying to connect Klaviyo to my Domain but it cannot find the DNS entries (CNAME ) that I’ve setup, specifically for “Concierge”. I’ve tried using DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool but it also doesn’t return any results. Any idea what might be going on?

Can you show a screenshot of the DNS record you’re having troubles with?
You have created NS records for the concierge
subdomain. You can’t have both CNAME and NS records.

Ah, thank you. Is the correct action to remove the NS records?
Yes, if you want the CNAME , you need to delete the NS records.

Thanks. I removed the NS records, but still getting odd behavior when I try to search for cname via DNS Propagation Checker - Global DNS Testing Tool .
Stupid question, but have you tried to delete the CNAME and create it again?
It’s weird that the system would allow you to have both a CNAME and NS records, so maybe there’s a typo in there?

That did it! Removing the NS entries and also deleting and adding back CNAME worked. Thank you so much!
