DNS & Email

I have my domain hosted on Cloudflare and hosting my email with another service. I done this before, however, this time I am unable to access my email.

I have spoken to the email hosting company and from their side everything works correctly.

Happy to share what files are set up and get some feedback.

Make sure any DNS entries for email are set to “DNS only” (usually subdomains like mail, smtp, imap and so on).

Otherwise if you can give the domain name we can try to look.
