Dear customer, regarding your request to modify the authoritative Name Servers I inform you that the Italian Authority for the registration of domains with extension . IT (Nic-IT) failed for the following reason:
Unresolvable host _dc-mx.b6e7f0a58f50.matteosabattini.it. .
how can fix this error and i will retry to modify name servers. Thanks
Make sure the host used for your MX entry is not proxied.

The hostname of mx is also a likely candidate. Any hostnames that will be used with protocols other than HTTP and HTTPS need to be set to DNS Only.

@sabattini.mat, you best pause Cloudflare for now and clarify the IP addresses with your host. This is a different issue from what you mentioned, but these IP settings won’t get you far either.
