I have purchased several domains from Google and use Cloudflare for DNS, caching, etc. Most work great. But I am having issues with DNS for two net TLD domains.
All my domains (.net and others) have elmo.ns.cloudflare.com and luciana.ns.cloudflare.com set as DNS servers. But for my two .net domains (jladder.net and digitorah.net), I get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Nameservers for Your domainjladder.netare resolving as expected. When you add a domain to Cloudflare, you may also need to create a DNS record for your root domain.
To do this, you would create a corresponding A, AAAA, or CNAME record for your root domain (specified by using @ for the Name ).

Thank you @hafida for the quick response. I have added A records for @ and www for jladder.net, and in the case of digitorah.net they had been set previously. However, the issue still persists. Any further guidance would be appreciated.
Both domains now resolve to DNS lookups when I check.
