The problem must be something at the client’s end then.

Your site works fine for me. Down For Everyone Or Just Me also says the site is fine around the world: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/app.hrengage.ai?proto=https

Thanks George, the issue was with the mobile network provider, DNS resolution was not working properly for them
