What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

Screenshot of the error

Neither of those screenshots has MX records for your domain. Looking at your other records, I can guess that you want to create an MX record with name @ and target mail.episode11productions.com.

The second screenshot has an MX record for the name (subdomain) mail. If you use email addresses ending in @mail.episode11productions.com, you should copy that record to Cloudflare, though the target should also be mail.episode11productions.com.

I’ve attached a screen shot. Is this what you’re suggesting.

No, that is not what I have suggested.

The content for both records should be mail.episode11productions.com.

What I type in the @ in the name it changes to episode11productions when I save it.

That’s how it is supposed to be. It looks good now that you fixed the content.

If this doesn’t help you receive email, you need to ask your host for the correct MX records.
