Could you show a larger screenshot of the same page that includes your domain name right above and the assigned nameservers right below that section?

At the very top of the page, does it say active? What type of plan?

It looks to me like you might be in a wrong account, as the nameservers currently in use for the domain (cash.ns.cloudflare.com and ines.ns.cloudflare.com) don’t match the ones in your screenshot.

You’re correct the web admin gave me the wrong access to the DNS zone. I was able to rectify it by going to the correct account.
