Already contacted. Whois services shows cloudflare right DNS but not working
As noted, the domain isn’t showing up in the .top registry at the moment. Either it’s your registrar slow to register, or it’s not registered. Until it shows up, Cloudflare won’t be able to pick up the nameservers.
