DNS changes on cloudflare to verify domain for SSL not reflecting

I am using the free version of Cloudflare for my website and I made DNS changes by adding a CNAME record to verify my domain for Ahrefs.

Changes were done 2 hours ago, but they are not propagating on internet. I have been checking on https://dnschecker.org and not even a single server is showing changes. The CNAME changes are correct as I have checked them several times. Usually it should reflect within 5-15 minutes.

Any reason why this is happening or if there is another way to troubleshoot this?

CNAME records can take up to 48 hours to full propgate! Please wait 46 hours, then try again!

Is the record :grey:? If not, switch it to :grey:.
