DNS Changes do not propogate

I’ve signed up a couple of days ago and after changing the nameservers to the required ones, made all the DNS changes.
None seem to propagate, my domain is not resolving for most users with error:
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Shows that it cannot get A record for main domain - even though it is routed in the account dns details.
