I know nothing about DNS, IP etc. I am new here so pardon the confusion here.
I use Rackspace as my provider for emails, I have been having problems with my emails for a while. So I finally called today. They told me to go to cloudflare *never heard before), open my account and added some TXT DNS. They helped me it worked. But while signing up to cloudflare, it said to go to my server and change theNameservers (DNS) from my Network Solution account. So after I did that, all of the DNS records transfer to cloduflare and emails started working again. However, the website shuts down and has this message.

Now, I have no idea what to do. I called Rackspace for them to help me with this mess. They told me that is should not be usual to have duplicated records. I see 4 A duplicates, 4 AAAA, 4 MX and 2 TXT *which is what Rackspace added today". Please help. Website is down and I really need to put it live again.
