DNS automatically changed

After the successful renewal of domain from the registrar All the dns records are failed. i already contacted them and they told that all the settings on their side is correct and accurate. Then why all dns settings and not propagating. its working fine from the last few years in cloudflare. then why or how its changed automatically.

May I ask, have you renewed your domain (for one ore more years), or you moved/transferred your domain from one registrar to another one?

How about hosting? Is your website content still at the same hosting provider?

Can you temporarly Pause Cloudflare for your domain, or switch the :orange: clouds to :grey:? Does anything changes?

No changes made. All are same from the last 3 years.

i just paid the amount and renewed the domain after expiry. Thats all

If the domain name went to a “grace period”, it is possible that nameservers went back to original or a parked one and aren’t pointing to the Cloudflare ones.

Have you checked which nameservers are listed for your domain?

name servers are pointing correctly. Additional A records have the issues.

When you see the error DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN, it means a domain cannot be resolved because of an issue with the DNS servers, the domain name is newly registered, or the domain is not yet registered at all. First verify the domain is pointed to Cloudflare name servers. If not, contact your domain registrar and ask that they point the domain to your Cloudflare nameservers and wait an appropriate amount of time for DNS propagation to take effect.

If you’re still seeing issues after name server propagation takes effect, review other successful troubleshooting suggestions in this Community Tip. Let us know if you continue to see issues after trying these tips, we’re happy to help further.

Can you share the name of the domain in question?
