DNS Authentication on Mailchimp

domain host provider might not be propagating the records over. Meaning, although you are adding the records as needed, your host provider may be blocking the connection. You would need to reach out to their support to team to ask why the records are not propagating over.

My DNS provider is Cloudflare but I lost the access to my account, therefore, I won’t be able to athenticate my DNS records on Mailchimp platform. How can you help?

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
