DNS and Nameservers with showit

What is the name of the domain?

lisa

What is the issue you’re encountering

You lead me to this site - https://dash.cloudflare.com/9e8718bc1164505462e9555d1d14be17/lisajacksonhealth.com but I’ve already updated the Nameservers. You say to go to my registrar to update DNS, but my registrar is you. I have instructions from Showit and what to do, I’ve done that, but I can’t get this figured out still. I need to launch my new site ASAP.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

The domain is active on Cloudflare so likely you are not in the correct Cloudflare account where the domain is registered and have instead added your domain to another Cloudflare account, see…

You will need to log into the account where the domain is active. If you do not see the domain listed here, then you are in the wrong account…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/domains

Check for emails from Cloudflare from when you registered the domain. Or log out of the dashboard and use “Forgot your email” or check for emails from Cloudflare for your domain registration to locate the login for the account where the domain is registered and active. You may have registered the domain using a Google or iCloud login.

Thanks for the reply. I thought we did have access, but that link you shared does show that I’m in the wrong account. We don’t have access to the other account that apparently has the domain. We’ve tried the forgot password and all kinds of resets but we get no email. We did hire someone to set this up initially, but she also shared she had no record of the initial email used or account. Is there a way to recover or completely transfer the domain if we cannot get access to that account?

Probably best for that person to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket to recover access to the domain, then they can transfer it to your account.
