Have you recently cancelled your webhosting or something similar?

Your domain has the redemptionPeriod status. This usually happens when a domain expires.
As your domain was only registered last month, this should not be the problem here.

I’ve had something similar happen to me when I cancelled a hosting package with my registrar - they returned the domain to the registry as well, and the registry then sent me a transfer code via good old physical mail.

Anyway, you should definitely contact your registrar for more information.
