I update my address, but I can see that not all world NS servers cache it, for example:
CF NS(correct):
Name: val1.mainnet.aptos.p2p.org
Address: 23.109.130.252

Google NS(incorrect):

val1.mainnet.aptos.p2p.org
Name: val1.mainnet.aptos.p2p.org
Address: 23.109.159.108

Also I can see that not all NS servers cache new address at dnschecker website
what could be the problem? (proxy is off)

Typical DNS propagation. It can take some time until resolvers update that. Wait a day or so.

Can you post a screenshot of your DNS settings?

The issue seems to be that you have p2p.org and aptos.p2p.org configured on Cloudflare and you have that hostname configured in both accounts. You should drop the former one.

Or you drop the latter and configure the aptos domain on the parent domain.
