DNS A Record Does not work

Adding DNS A Record staging point to 34.87.177.146 does not work.

I have been using Google Domain and all DNS imported from Google Domains work.
These DNS Records are imported automatically when I open CloudFlare account work.

Adding additional records created through CloudFlare dashboard does not work.
The Testing Site is running on http://34.87.177.146:8999/ and I am able to access it with IP.
But I am not able to access with DNS Name

That hostname does resolve. But Cloudflare does not proxy non-standard ports.
