My dns a record keep changing and when I update min later it automatically changes back ??

Do you mean you set an IP in your Cloudflare DNS here and it changes there again?

If so, do you use Ezoic or any other service that has access to your Cloudflare account?

Yes the ip in in cloudflare Dns, i changed it and within 30 mins it outs the old one back. and site goes offline.
i have sub domian which uses clouflare tunnels for my nas and home assistant, but surely there on sub domian and dont affect my main…

i have deleted it recreate it and gain its saying i have updated it grrr

If you use Ezoic, and have integrated it with your Cloudflare account, you need to manage your DNS from the Ezoic dashboard. Ezoic integration will overwrite any changes made elsewhere.

If you don’t use Ezoic, it might be a good time to change your password, rotate your API keys/tokens, and add 2FA to your account if it doesn’t already have it.
