DNS A Record Changes Not Working

I recently moved my DNS from Network Solutions to Cloudflare. It has been way over 48 hours and when I run dig mysite.com I get:

mysite.com.		86400	IN	NS	terry.ns.cloudflare.com.
mysite.com.		86400	IN	NS	lia.ns.cloudflare.com.

I changed my A records from an old IP to a new IP in Cloudflare but the site is still going to the old IP. Also verified with running dig mysite.com I get the old IP.

If the record is that is an IP address of Cloudflare’s proxy.

Thanks @cscharff. My old IP looked similar to the proxy IP and now when I compared them they are different.
