Sorry, I tried to add A and MX record for “news” on kingliving.com - news.kingliving.com, it’s saying No A and MX records found. The same exact records are added on other domains like kingliving.com.sg or kingliving.my are working fine, just this .com domain. Not sure what blocks on this domain. Thanks.

news is delegated to exacttarget.com nameservers. If you want the news subdomain to resolve from your Cloudflare DNS then you need to remove the 4 NS records for news…

Thanks. do you mean these 4 NS records? I will try to delete these first. I am still confused as these 4 NS records are added on other domains like kingliving.com.sg as well, but there is no issues. Can you please try to test news.kingliving.com.sg? Thanks.

There are no NS records, pointing the news label towards ExactTarget on the kingliving.com.sg domain.

But they are there, as indicated above, on the kingliving.com domain.
