What is the issue you’re encountering

We are a MLS Service provider and our customer uses the URL mentioned to do Property Tax record lookups. We provide the URL link within their listings. Since last week, they have been unable to access those Property Tax records doe to the DNS error

I am unsure exactly what steps I need to take. We only provide the link to the Property Tax site.
