DNS 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 returns 0.0.0.0 for my domain

The DNS 1.1.1.3 and 1.0.0.3 returns 0.0.0.0 for one of my domains while 1.1.1.2 and 1.1.1.1 returns correctly.

How can I get them to resolve as it is a plain and fully legit domain with no adult content??

Anyone from CF that can help? It’s idm.dk

I have a HTML5Up test site that’s tagged as CIPA Filter and Anonymizer. , so it resolves as 0.0.0.0 as well.
It’s just a test site, so I’ve not pushed for re-categorization.
