Using your company’s web service, miscellaneous and illegal communication occurs and it distributes, sells, exchanges, and or promotes contents that are illegal and harmful for users (including but not limited to free-server, auto/hack programs). This is very apparent violation of Korean law and infringes the Intellectual properties of game developers and cause detrimental impact to the game industry. Also it brings harm to users with its unauthorized contents and program.
We have forwarded this complaint to your hosting provider.

Hi @roger.nilsson, you’ll need to contact the trust & safety team via the abuse form earlier in the thread. This customer community cannot assist at all with this type of issue.

Hi @roger.nilsson, I don’t think there is a form for reply and as there were no particular option presented in the note, contacting the team via the submit form with the details of what your received is the best option.

Thank you, so i should select “General” form and give them all information and ask them what i need to do?

I think that is the best option. An alternative I see from time to time is folks will submit a support request and ask that it is escalated to the Trust & Safety team, both routes will land your request in the same place.

How do i submit a submit a “support request”? i cannot find that anywhere

Try “Get More Help”

It should prompt you for your domain name and some other questions.
