I use the block by country function on my domain https://www.okvipokvipok.vip it makes the DMCA service unable to process the URLs on the Website. How to make the DMCA service work normally without having to turn off the Block by country function?

You will have to include an exception in your block rule, either for the IP addresses of their bot, or their user agent. The latter is less secure since it can be spoofed by anyone.

I think DMCA is a trusted service. Cloudflare should default to the Known bots list. So it can be accessed when I exclude Known bots is best

It is up to the service to request to be added to the verified bots list.
