DNS records

Yeah, both your SPF and DMARC records are invalid. I see:

"v=spf1 a \226\128\139mx ip4:113\226\128\139.23.226.12\226\128\1399/27 ip4:1\226\128\13913.23.226.\226\128\139161/27 ~al\226\128\139l"

"v=DMARC1;\226\128\139 p=none; s\226\128\139p=none; ru\226\128\139a=mailto:s\226\128\139pam-report\226\128\139s@hiqgloba\226\128\139l.com"

I’ve cleaned them up the best I can to the following, but PLEASE confirm the correct records with your email service provider. (Note: I removed the "a" in the SPF since your domain is proxied, and I’ve removed the subdomain policy in the DMARC record because it is redundant). You may choose to tighten the DMARC policy further, but I’m leaving it up to you.

"v=spf1 mx ip4:113.23.226.129 ip4:113.23.226.161 -all"

"v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:[email protected]"

After confirming the above records with your email service provider, go to your Cloudflare DNS page and amend these records (they will both be TXT type).

And check your DKIM record (if any) and be sure it’s also OK. I don’t know the selector, so I couldn’t check it for you.

Good luck!
