Dmarc, spf, dkim

I am using freedomkit.ai and have setup a sub domain for emails successfully but DMARC, SPF, DKIM are failing. Need help to fix it.

You’re referring to a subdomain here, but only shared the root domain.

What exact subdomain are you referring to?

How exactly did you end up with this conclusion?

What kind of error code(s)/message(s) do you see, and where exactly?

Hi,
I am using a system called freedomkit.ai. for setting up email funnels. It mentions adding a subdomain to set up the email system and the sub domain is lc.forbusybees.com. Post that they mention checking the domain name on https://dmarcian.com/ before proceeding. That’s where it says SPF and DMARC have errors.

Your domain forbusybees.com does not even use Cloudflare, so I’m not sure what brought you here.

Your domain uses NameHero.com’s nameservers, and that’s where you should go to make whatever changes your email service provider has asked you to make.

If you want to use Cloudflare, then the first step is to add your site to Cloudflare… and go to your domain registrar (NameHero) dashboard to change your domain’s nameservers to the pair Cloudflare will give you. See the documentation below.

After this, you can then use Cloudflare to add the necessary DNS records.

Hi the subdomin is set with cloudflare that’s what the freedomkit team told me and asked me to reach you. The subdomin does not show on namehero

Show me a full-page screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS dashboard where you added the subdomain.

Your domain is not active on Cloudflare. So your subdomain cannot be using Cloudflare either in your own Cloudflare account. In fact, the subdomain lc.forbusybees.com has no A/AAAA or CNAME record at all.

Perhaps you misunderstood what “freedomkit team” told you. Can you share the EXACT message they sent you?

Or perhaps the “freedomkit team” that told you this have no clue what they’re saying.

Whatever the case, your domain is NOT using Cloudflare, and you’re banging on the wrong door.
