DMARC reports that SPF alignment is failing

From domain: example.info
Envelope from domain: em6997.example.info
SPF aligned: Fail

Why is that? Envelope from domains is a subdomain of From domain. I’m not sure how to setup Sendgrid to use example.info as doain for sending IP.

Moreover we gonna use different sending IP’s thus each one will have it’s own domain assigned (for example transitions.example.info).

Does your DMARC policy define SPF alignment as strict or relaxed?

Strict. I didn’t realize it could be a reason but in fact it is. I will change it and do some tests. Thanks.
