DMARC Reports and Sources wildly inaccurate

Hi,

For the past couple of months I have been trying to use the DMARC Management reports but I’m noticing very unexpected behaviour leading to wildly inaccurate results.

It seems the selection of the time period (7, 14 or 30 days) seems to be broken, as the data provided doesn’t seem to be matching up.

For example: Sources:
Previous 7 Days Volume 14 (OK)
Previous 14 Days Volume 17 (Ok)
Previous 30 days Volume 10 (?? How is this possible?))

DMARC Reports:
Previous 7 Days 6 days with reports (Ok)
Previous 14 Days 8 days with reports (Ok)
Previous 30 days 1 day with reports (?? How is this possible?)

Can someone explain what is going on here?

Thanks!!

Hi @ByRuben sorry for the issues, that does look odd. Can you let the team know in an Account ticket? You can create a ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and please share the ticket number so that I can flag it for my colleagues in Support.

Hi @cloonan thank you for your response.
Unfortunately my plan doesn’t allow me to submit tickets and directs me towards this community.
So I have no idea how to proceed further.

Tickets with the category Account can be created on any plan.
