DKIM & SPF Check Did Not Pass

Keep getting error message when I send email that DKIM & SPF Check Did Not Pass. Talked with my email company and they said it was a Cloudflare issue and I needed to contact them to add a record to DNS record of the domain. I cannot get in touch with Cloudflare support to get this added. How do I get in touch with Cloudflare support?

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

You don’t, not for adding DNS, at least. Even on an enterprise plan, updating DNS records is a self-service task. Cloudflare does not offer concierge DNS service where they update DNS records on your behalf.

You will need to determine what records your email service needs in your DNS and add them. Did your email provider give you records to add or at least point you to a guide that will help you understand how to create them? Once you know what your records look like you can easily add them via the methods outlined in this Community Tutorial. I have included a link to an additional Tutorial that serves as a primer on the email authentication DNS records.

They did give me the records to add. However, I’ve never had a login for Cloudflare. Not sure how my domain is connected with them. When I went to log in, I had to create an account. There are no domains listed under my account so not sure how to get the domains connected to be able to get to them.

You could always try using incognito mode with the Forgot your email? procedure. If you created the account under another email address that might help you identify it.

If you do not have access to the Cloudflare account that contains your domain, you will need to move the domain into another account. There is a link in that article that covers that option in further detail.

I created the login and when I go to “Add Site” and enter the the domain, it says it already exists. However, I do not see it in my Manage Domains in order to make any changes to it. Under Manage Domains, I enter it in the search box but nothing comes up.

Manage Domains only shows domains that you have purchased using Cloudflare registrar. It is not where you access your sites. Your sites are found under Websites in your dashboard.

Oh, Ok. That shows “Pending Name Server Update”. What does that mean?
