DKIM seems all correct but still not showing Aligned

I have tried to check it externally, and they show it’s all set up correctly.

But the reports I’m getting (fail) and what I’m seeing in the Clourflair interface are showing it is still failing as well.

The report on Cloudflare shows DMARC pass 100% SPF aligned 100% DKIM aligned 0%

And the coder tells me it is installed correctly on the server.
He sent an image from the command prompt that it passed the check.

Not sure what to do,
Thanks for any ideas you may have that may help.

In order for DKIM to be in alignment, the From: address in the email has to be in the same domain as the signing key (the domain shown in your screenshot). Is that the case?
