I have added, deleted, and readded the dkim records. I have checked the dkim records via mxtoolbox and they seem to be valid but Mailchimp says something is wrong with the records and to check with Cloudflare. The records are not proxied. Any help you can provide is welcome.
There are 2 sets of Cloudflare nameservers for your domain, so make sure you are in the correct account where your domain is active or change the nameservers at your registrar to those for the account you are using.
_domainkey.trilogyhs.com is currently delegated to pphosted.com nameservers, so if using the account where the domain is currently active, either set the DKIM records in those nameservers, or delete the NS records for _domainkey from the Cloudflare DNS.
