Hi, our DKIM record cannot be found: Network Tools: DNS,IP,Email. Why would the record not be found? it is entered into the zone file correctly. Can you please help us as our email is no longer working. Thank you
You cannot really test DKIM without sending an email.
Try again with https://www.mail-tester.com/ too see if your setup is working.

Another resource I find helpful is Zoho Toolkit which includes DKIM checker.
DMARCLY also has several testing tools.
Thanks, all say that spf is found but dkim is not. I see the dkim entry in the zone file. Why doesn’t it show up when we check for it?
Can you share the link to one of the results?
It only contains information that anyone you send an email to can see.
How exactly are you checking for it?
