DKIM not responding

I need to update SPF and DKIM records for Zoho use - all went well with SPF, confirmed and validated.

DKIM record though is not validated yet (on Zoho) and it shows created on Cloudflare - what could the issue be?

  1. What domain?

  2. Can you share a list, perhaps a screenshot, of the record(s) you have issues with, so we can see how they appear in your Cloudflare Dashboard?

  3. How exactly did you test it, or otherwise end up on that conclusion, that they do not work?
    … For example, did you test them in any other way, or only by looking on Zoho?

  4. If the DKIM (_domainkey) record(s) are created with the type CNAME, make sure the Proxy status of these record(s) are set to Unproxied (:grey:) / DNS-only.

  3. cannott attach the Zoho ss - but yes, this was the only way I tested it - SPF is validated, “DKIM records missing”

That record clearly has the wrong name, it should be xxxxxxxxxx._domainkey.

Delete everything after that.

From the looks of it, the _domainkey portion should not be present either. You can see a second appearance of that string in the final record at the bottom of the screenshot. Only the selector, which is the name to the left of _domainkey, is needed here.

What happens with the previously wrong records input? Can we expect some errors?

They won’t cause any issues. I would still delete them to help keep your records organized.
